1. Agreement and eligibility
By using Fast Basket or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or use the storefront with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing accurate contact, delivery and order information. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Products, prices and availability
We aim to present accurate images, descriptions, prices, discounts and stock information. Screen colours and packaging can vary. A product appearing online does not guarantee availability. We may correct a genuine pricing or listing error before dispatch and will contact you if the correction materially affects your order.
4. Orders and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An order number confirms receipt, while acceptance occurs when we confirm or begin fulfilment. The current storefront supports cash on delivery; any additional method shown at checkout is subject to its provider’s terms. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, verification, safety, pricing-error or lawful compliance reasons.
5. Delivery
Available delivery information and charges are shown during checkout or order confirmation. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by address accuracy, weather, transport disruption, public holidays and events beyond reasonable control. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Eligible orders may be submitted for cancellation before dispatch. Delivered-product concerns and paid-order refunds follow the review and tracking process in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. A cancellation does not itself prove that money has been returned; completed financial refunds are recorded separately.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with service operation, scrape protected content, distribute malicious code, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
8. Intellectual property and third parties
The Fast Basket brand, storefront design and original content are protected by applicable rights. Product names and marks may belong to their respective owners. External links and services are controlled by third parties and may have separate terms.
9. Service availability and liability
We work to keep the storefront accurate, safe and available, but temporary interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Fast Basket is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from use of the service.
10. Governing law, updates and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. We may update them when the service or legal requirements change; updated terms apply from the revision date shown above. For questions or complaints, use the WhatsApp support link on the storefront.
